Clip to ScrapBook #1

I am a 5th grade teacher who has been helping teachers with new mortgages, refinances, and Helocs. When I bought my house, there were so many people giving me bad advice, so I decided to learn the business and help people just like me.

Fully trained to handle all types of situations, I work with the Founder of Buena Vista Funding (www.buenavistafunding.com) to bring just the right mortgage option to you. We are a mortgage brokerage firm so we can shop for just the right option to fit your needs.

Contact me at paul@buenavistafunding.com or call me at 661-904-8985 for more information.

I am in the process of a divorce and I am looking to purchase a home.I would like a two family but I would like to know how to qualify for a FHA loan so that my mortgage will not be so high. Is this possible in New York?

How to Qualify

Thanks for your email. My company would gather your information and figure out what loans would work for you so that you could pick the one that makes sense for you and your family.

In order to qualify for ANY loan, you would complete some personal information so that we could figure out assets, etc. We would then run your credit since the score is so important. (We could do all the preliminaries without running credit if you are sure you know what your credit is.
