If you really search through the site, you can find everything. The book also has examples.

But, I will share the two things I made, as I adapted them for my school.

First, I am going to have the kids do the letter themselves. I am doing this because of the culture of my school. The kids are supposed to be very involved in rule making, choices, etc. This seems like it will fit better with our program.

I made it very simple, as an upset child isn't likely to write a full letter on their own anyway!

Here is the letter I will send to the parents if the child won't fill the letter out. I made if formal looking, like Michael suggests.

He says NOT to add clipart and things, so the kids know it's serious.

I love your letter but I'm just going to use the one from the website. I adjusted mine too so the parents know what the in class time out looks like. I'll attach it.

If you have the book, is there a sample for the bullying policy? I'm not quite sure what to write....ideas?

Does anyone have some good examples of monitoring notebook types of pages? I want to set a system up, but maybe someone has a great example I can copy. I want to be able to see and show the progress by skill let's say in reading. Thanks
