Is anyone members of Myfitnesspal? I love that place, it has helped me stay on track with eating right and exercising. Any success stories?

I've started using the app on my phone today in hopes of shedding baby weight from DS #2 quickly! I hope to be a success story soon!

on and off to monitor my workouts and eating. I'm not trying to lose weight, just get an idea on how I am doing nutrient wise. However, I don't want to gain weight either, so it helps to keep me in check.

I love it! I have the app on my phone and it has really made a difference in what I eat since I log in my calories and record my exercise. I've lost 10lbs!

I'm using it too. I was using weight watchers but I don't want to pay for it anymore. I am going to try to use this instead. I think it is funny that you can see your friends' diaries and what they eat.

I use it and like it- I've only been on for about 2-3 weeks. I've lost 1 pound, but haven't really been putting forth all of my energy on it! I like seeing other people's food diaries to see how they are eating and to get some ideas. I also like how if I miss a day or 2, my friends ask if I'm okay or where I am.

and he has lost 90lbs. I tried for four months and lost 30 (but it was hard since I had to get on the computer to do it --no smartphone yet!) HE loved it and is contemplating using it again. He has plateaued with his weight loss and getting frustrated.

I used it everyday for over three months to count my calories. Then the wireless internet messed up at work, and I wasn't able to enter my breakfast and lunch there like usual . . . and I'd put it off at home in the evening. Then the end of the school year rolled around and my divorce stuff started.

I need to get back into it.

I use my health insurance site to record my exercise, so I just used MFP for calories. I lost 30 pounds from the middle of January to the first of April.
