Headphone Storage

Clip to ScrapBook #1

I teach 2nd grade. We are getting Chrome Books this year for our classroom. Each student is being asked to bring in their own pair of headphones or earbuds and they also have the option of bringing a wireless mouse if they choose. I'm trying to figure out how to best store these items where they can easily access them as needed. Any suggestions?

I have never tried this...but could you use packing tape to tape a small zip lock bag to the inside of their desk and leave it open like a pocket? They store their own headphones but the tape would keep the baggie from getting lost in the "mess".

For whole class storage try this

I teach kindergarten. My students keep headphones in a ziploc bag in their book boxes.

I do like that jewelry organizer except that might be a problem if you have a lot of students at one time who need to get them.

Walmart has a cheap shoe bag that hangs over a door with clear pockets that works great for this. I think they are only around $5.

I use two shoe bags and cut them so I can put on a pin up board that they can reach. I put their name stapled on the pocket. Works great

Can someone please post a picture of a shoebag? I image searched "shoebag" and I don't think that's what you are talking about... I'd be grateful to see the bag with headphones in there, too. I'm not visualizing this and have headphones shoved in a drawer- it's a mess.

Thanks Zia, I have one sort of like that already but the shoe slide in sideways, not in the front.

a clear craft case with diiders. I have one that I bought at the Dollar Tree. I used masking tape to identify who owned the ear buds.

I use Ziploc bags gallon size. They all have cubbies (lockers) in back of the room w shoe slot. They keep them there until needed. Keeps lice issue at bay too. Not that we have a big issue, but it happens to the best of us.
