High School Graduation 2020

I always want to go to graduation, watch past students enjoy the culmination of their years in school, but...

Our gym is SMALL
Seems like EVERYONE in our small rural town wants to go - whether or not they know the kids graduating!
The decor is like a kidís birthday party on steroids with wall-to-wall balloons, banners, streamers, and anything else that is celebratory, whether or not it fits.

So, I always back out (oh, and the bleachers are killers!)

I LOVE this yearís graduation! A parade with all the kids in vehicles from which they could wave. The technology has allowed me to view it from my couch, the videography is WONDERFUL! The students grabbed the uniqueness of the situation and RAN with it! The high school choir was shown singing virtually, similar to how the Met Gala worked this year. Outside graduation first time - SO much cooler, Iím sure!

These kids made memories that will be talked about for decades to come.

Kudos to the Classes of 2020 who thought outside the box! 🎓

Love your post! Yes! Memories to be made, no matter the situation. Outside the box thinking is vital. Change isn't always bad...

Thanks for this post. It made my day!
