That's crazy.
Although it looks nicer inside than I thought it was going to based on the outside - especially the back.

Tear down?

Is it more valuable as something you can tear down and build new on the lot?

The neighborhood sounds really nice.

Lot value?

With zero lot line I can't imagine any takers.
And here I thought our Canadian friends were reasonable folk.

Has it sold yet?
I wonder if it will go over list price.

I’m not sure how much you can fit in there as a rebuild. I wouldn’t be surprised if it sells for more than that list price. The neighborhood is very nice, so definitely location, location, location!

Itís a pretty eclectic downtown neighbourhood. Everything at your fingertips. Iím sure it will sell for over asking to a developer.

I'm sorry but I don't see it. I thought the home was part of the house next door until I took a double take. Since I'm not familiar with the area I might be wrong but I don't see it being anywhere near the asking price. The backyard is ugly and I would think the seller would have painted over the grafitti on ghe garage door. Not impressed with the inside rooms. I know I'm a downer but I don't see being able to put a nice home on the lot.

Thanks for sharing it made me think of what I would do if I bought the home.

I'd be interested only if the bicycle and the two plaid chairs in the backyard can stay. Oh well.

Wow! The inside was surprisingly cute except the bathroom. But such a weird lot. I'm with bandmom, can the bike and chairs stay?

Well the lot is 129x20! They could

build a tall, skinny tiny house. . Or a tree house if they had a tree on the lot. I am not surprised that it is valued at that price. I would think one or the other of the neighbors would buy it to add to their property.

The bathroom is so bizarre! How do you get to the toilet? Do you inch your way sideways along the wall? Do you climb through the bathtub? I want to know!

Location, location, location!
If the houses nearby are selling or 2.5 million, that's a steal!
Although, even if I had the money, I'd never by it, where would I plant the tomatoes and the orange tree? That lot is small.
