I do not have a video for you. But in my class we do 100 exercises. I start with let's say clapping 10 times and then changing exercise every 10. It takes about 10 min.

is a great free online program. It takes longer than 15 min. but you could just show as much time as you have. It's really fun for all ages. At least google it and check it out - great for inside recess-you don't need anymore space than a circle around them and they learn about exotic places while they do these movements.

Go to www.havefunteaching.com. Click on songs, then fitness. Have the students spread out throughout the room. My students really enjoy these songs.

Search brain breaks in the classroom on youtube. Some of them have videos that are grouped together that will play in succession. My students' favorite ones are One Direction's What Makes You Beautiful, Chicken Dance, and the Cha Cha Slide.

I found some videos on YouTube called Move to Learn. They are about 5-6 minutes each. My kids like them and think they are fun. I found several different videos to mix it up. We also do the Just Dance videos.

Just Dance

I get Just Dance videos off of youtube. Our favorite is Mario. They absolutely love it. They have to follow what Mario is doing. They cross the mid-line often. They get their heart rate up. They smile. They laugh. They are exhausted afterwards. It only takes a few minutes and so worth it. We need a movement break after working so hard and our district does not allow for a recess for half day kinder.

LOVE adventures in Fitness but really love GoNoodle! You can really move in a short amount of time. Adventures in Fitness I would split up between two days.
