Hot chocolate in a crock pot

Has anyone made hot chocolate in a crock pot at school? My partner and I were going to do it this Friday with a movie--last day before winter break. How long do I need to heat it? Low or high? We were just planning on heating chocolate milk.

Thanks for any assistance.

I can't remember how long. Maybe an hour on high. You can microwave some of the milk to speed up the process. We also had marshmallows, whipped cream,Hershey's kisses and peppermint sticks.

I've done it many times. Depending on what time you want to serve it; the milk takes a couple hours on high to heat up. I always get it hot,
then turn the crockpot to warm. Don't forget a ladle to scoop it out and some whipped cream on top.

My class earned a sledding and hot chocolate reward before Christmas break, and we did the crockpot hot chocolate. It was delicious and so easy. I just bought two gallons of chocolate milk and put it in my crockpot I had it on low for a few hours before our reward time. I stirred a few times. We topped it off with plain or peppermint mini marshmallows.
