Have any of you sold anything on Poshmark?
How long did it take for someone to buy your items?

I've never sold anything online before. I pretty much keep everything for yearssss and then either throw out or donate.
But now that I'm older/ an adult, I have some nicer things (a couple designer bags for example) that I never use but it seems like a ''waste" to donate when I can get some money back for them.
I'm afraid no one will buy them

Started selling. No one has bought my shoes- about 5 pair that have no wear at all- they didnít fit me.

I bought a used Kate spade tote purse that was much smaller then I realized because I only looked at the pictures and didnít look at the measurements. I re sold it within a week.

It is so easy to sell. Itís dangerous to have the app. I have been buying too much bare minerals make up.

I just sold a pair of Birkenstock shoes. It took maybe 2 days. First person asked me if I would ďholdĒ them for her. Next person lowballed me and I countered. It all went very fast and was so easy. Got my check in the mail yesterday.
However, my shoes were brand new. I could have sold and gotten more if I I had done local FB market. They sold for a good amount, but Poshmark took a $17 cut!! So take that into consideration. You do know up front what their cut is.
Go to YouTube and Dominique Sachse has a video called Buy and Sell Fashion on Poshmark. She takes you through it step by step.

Iíve sold a good amount of times on Poshmark.
The positive is that shipping costs donít come out of your earnings and when you price your items it tells you upfront what your earnings will be.

I have my bank account connected and can easily withdraw the money I earn.

Make sure you take good pictures and provide good descriptions.

I also always look up what I plan on selling prior to posting so I can see what the average price is, you can filter postings by sold listings.

I've never sold on Poshmark either and was wondering the same. I guess we'll never know unless we try it! I thought I started a thread asking about it too a while back, but I guess not.

Put yourself out there. Share your items. There are parties everyday (4 or 5 a day). Share your items in the parties that your items qualify for. Follow people. The more active you are the more interest you will see.

When I am active and sharing I get more sales.

Also, just to add...I feel that interest/purchasing has gone down since Covid
