Iíve lost 23 pounds since April. 2 pounds short of my ďofficial goal weight dateĒ. But in a hissy fit 6 months ago I gave away all my lower size clothes. Now nothing fits and I canít go to stores to try on clothes.

Yes, I know, I should be happy. I am ecstatic.

Oh No! Well congratulations on your weight loss. I guess the shopping for new clothes will need to be on hold. Can I say I'm glad you gave away your clothes, yes I know they fit but after losing that weight I would want newer clothes.

Congratulations on the weight loss! That's fantastic! Do you have any dresses you could wear until it is feasible to shop for new clothing?

Congrats. I gained 5 pounds. Thought it was more. But I am flabby from lack of exercise. I dread trying on my out in public clothes.

Trying on clothes in a store is something that was so normal but I don't think I can do it again.

Yes, yes, sadly yes. I used to love shopping. I used to love feeling the fabrics as I ambled around the store. Since I lost my ďteaching weight,Ē Iíve loved trying on clothes in stores. I canít imagine doing any of those things again.

Congrats on your weight loss! Thatís quite an achievement, especially with all this Covid stress. Iíve gone the other way and am not happy. I certainly understand your dilemma.

Right there with you.

I held onto my smaller clothes until it was to the point where they were going to be out of style if I kept them longer. I took them for consignment. Iíve lost 22 pounds, so I actually havenít changed sizes yet. My tight clothes fit now.

DH lost 40, and his fat pants fit him again.

Good job on your weight loss.

Congrats!

If you have Amazon Prime, you can order Prime Wardrobe. They send you the clothes at no charge with a return label and packaging. You have 7 days to decide if you want to return them or keep them and get charged.

Also thrift stores are great and cheap so even if stuff doesn't fit you're not out much money. Plus, most thrift stores here are run by nonprofits so your money goes to a good cause.

Keltik--I have had to apologize to everyone I've introduced to Jane because they become obsessed, like me.

Items only go on sale for 3 days (but many of them keep returning because they are popular).

the addictive part is, in the afternoon, you can look at Sneak Peeks to see what's coming out the next day--and you can favorite them...then you come back and buy stuff and look at what is coming the next day....endless cycle!
