Looking for a book

Clip to ScrapBook #1

Hi-I'm teaching my K-1 students with ASD during summer school. Next week is the last week and I'm looking for a fun book to read and do some ELA and possible math activities around.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. If there's a read aloud of it on YouTube, even better!

What about a tall tale- Pecos Bill, Johnny Appleseed,Captain Stormalong...

There are plenty of good picture books read aloud on Youtube.

I think Frank and Bean was cute. There are lots of character studies, sequencing of events, etc. that could be done with it. Might even be able to talk about a few social skills.

My son who has autism LOVES the Laura Numeroff books (If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, If You Give a Moose a Muffin, etc.). There are Youtube videos and I'm sure you can find TONS of resources online. Oh, and BTW, he is 18 years old now and STILL loves those books! Lots of predicting strategies, sequencing, etc. can work well with these. I'm sure there are lessons plans across the curriculum if you Google it.

I also found this on TPT...
