How far is your commute to your school? How long does it take you?

I am about 7 miles away from school, but it can take anywhere from 15 -30 minutes. The later I leave, the longer it takes! Three minutes late can add 10 minutes to my commute.

Early morning commute is about 23 minutes. After school 30 -35 minutes. However it can take much longer depending on weather and traffic. I have been commuting for over 20 years.

In my car it takes less than a minute. I usually walk though. It takes 3 minutes to get to the building doors when I walk at a leisurely pace.

Without traffic my commute would be 15 minutes. Unfortunately traffic is terrible in my area. On a good day I get there in 25 minutes. On a bad day it can take up to 40.

My commute is 4 miles. I rarely get through a song on the radio by the time I get to work.

My DH is about 30 miles away from work, and it takes him around 40 minutes or so. He deals with more traffic.

50 miles one way . . .60 min. trip but basically I go the opposite way of lots of traffic. I do climb and descend 5,000 ft. because I live up in the mountains. Lots of thinking time which translates into "me" time.

Since I started teaching until January of this year, it was 45-50 minutes one-way because I lived 35 miles away, but freeway rush hour traffic was absolutely terrible.

In February, I bought a house 2 miles away from my school and it takes 5 miles tops to get to work unless I get stopped by the train. Regardless, it is such a relief.

For the past 3 years, I've commuted about 20 miles, which took 25-45 minutes - longer in the afternoon than morning.

I'm switching schools next year. I'll be commuting 1 mile! There aren't even any stop lights. I've never had such a short commute and I can't even imagine what it's going to be like! I'd like to try walking or biking at least some of the time. And I won't even have to worry about traffic or bad weather anymore! It's going to be amazing.

15 minutes if there's no train at the crossing. I can do it in twelve, but that requires a reckless disregard for speed limits.
