Due to numbers our building is planning to have 3 T's teach 1st and 2nd grade next year. (Instead of 2 Ts for each grade level) We've been given latitude about how to make it work and are considering making all three rooms a blend of both grades. S's would basically be taught by all 3 T's at different times due to the subject.

We hope to blend S's from all three rooms for reading, writing and possibly math.

Anyone have experience with something like this? We're trying to work out kinks and make sure we're not overlooking anything.
