Just checked my EDD debit balance on Bank of America account and I was paid $600 (2x$300) for the last of the 5 weeks supplemental $300 Lost Wages Assistance federal benefit which ended on 9/27/20 Certification. A pleasant surprise.

End of October, I believe. Iíve subbed 2 1/2 days this year. 2 of those were for teachers who were in quarantine because of being exposed to COvid. They taught from home while I supervised for in person students.

I only got $900 through August 15, but my claim did not end until September 19.

I should have gotten five more weeks, but they told me I am done.

I was pleasantly surprised that the EDD notice was premature, and that I just got $600 in the mail today.

My question is does everyone get a $300 stimulus for a maximum of five weeks? I am paid through August 29, but my claim ended September 19.

I only earned $180 from September 2 through 13, and $525 from Sept 15 through 19.

If 5 x $300 is the maximum supplement, then I am satisfied, but did the $705 I earned over the final three weeks cost me the last $900? I would not expect $300 the last week of my claim since I earned $525 for the week, but I would expect it for the previous two weeks unless everyone maxis out at 5 x $300.

There are 6 weeks of retroactive LWA payments, for $300 per week. They're for the weeks ending Aug 1st, Aug 8th, Aug 15th, Aug 22nd, Aug 29th, and Sept 5th. The most you can receive in LWA payments, is up to $1,800 per claim. Any weeks that you received a benefit amount of $0, for reporting excessive earnings, waiving weeks, for returnings to work full-time, etc., are disqualified from receiving the LWA payments.

For the week ending September 5, I only earned $105( actually $103.50 since I over reported to EDD), so I should be getting one more $300 check.

If I don't get it within two weeks, I will contact them.

They were very efficient at getting me the five $300 checks, which all arrived within eight days of each other, so I don't think the last one is on its way.
