DH is making Gaelic steak bc he read that it's the Queen's favorite meal or some such thing. It sounds yummy, though, and I don't have to cook. Woo hoo!

Finishing up a leftover baked turkey leg with veggies, but next week I plan on making an Italian pot roast recipe from Taste of Home magazine that I can make in my slow cooker.

i'm preparing fish (cod dipped in egg and garlic powder and coated in parmesan cheese and almond flour) that DH will show me how to use in his new air fryer! (cmas gift from me to him--he loves it! phew!) and asparagus

tomorrow is clam chowder and biscuits

Monday is shredded pork tenderloin slow-cooked with salsa verde and made into soft tacos with cheese and shredded cabbage

Tuesday is Dickeys because it's rib sale day (???) and we also have some coupons

I cooked a quick and easy dinner tonight. We had ham steak and the side dish was cabbage and onions cooked with some crisp bacon. So we had a little pork with our pork.

For Sunday dinner, we're having crockpot beef and barley stew. I love reading all the different dinner ideas on here. We need some food "smilies"!
