My DH gets all my stuff from either the grocery or the convenience store. He hates Walmart and we live in a rural area that has no other choices. I get a few lottery tickets, weird shower gel that I will never use, and typically something that makes me wonder if we have actually been married for 20 years. Last year it was a flask that looks like a sunscreen bottle (I rarely drink and never more than 1). We don't go anywhere that it would be necessary to sneak alcohol.
I'm with Kaluablast. No gifts around here. But, for other people...

Gift cards for coffee

I fill the stocking here - including mine. (otherwise, mine will be empty) I usually give myself lip balm, dove dark chocolate, and purse size tissues, lotion, and a Starbucks card.
We still do stockings and enjoy them.

I'm with Kahlua.... I'm an adult, I don't need others to buy me junk :P I always feel guilty when others give me little goody bags and such because I wind up giving it away or trashing. A lot of what people give as little gifts are scented, and I have bad allergies.
