Today in Santa Barbara it's a bit hot and muggy, really unusual for June. Normally in May & June we wake up to marine layer (May Gray/June Gloom) which may or may not burn off in the late morning. Then we frequently get sunshine in the afternoons with temperatures about 72-78F. Perfect for me.

Today (5:41 pm) it's dropped down to 76F but it's muggy, unusual for us. I believe our normal pattern is returning tomorrow or Thursday, dipping all the way down to a high of 68F on Saturday. Ahhhhhhh. I worry about wildfires when we're hot and dry. Give us a little marine layer and we're happy!

Where are you and what do you have going on?

Iím in San Diego and moved here because I hated the heat in inland Northern California. Low 70s is perfect for me.

At 6:20 it is 81 out. We are 75 miles north of Seattle near the Canadian border. It is suppose to be 82 tomorrow then “cool” to the high 70’s. This is not normal June weather, but I will take it.

sunny and 70ís later today. Nice walk along the beach this evening (we are 5 minutes from Atlantic). Sunny and mild tomorrow. I know you warm weather folks freak out about snow but I love all our crazy seasons.

Mid 80's today with sunshine. That is very good for us. Last week we were in the low 90's.

It was sunny and in the 70s yesterday here in MD. Usually it is hot and humid this time of year, so I'm loving this cooler weather.

Sunshine and 85* today. Beautiful blue skies, and snow topped mountains in the distance make for a lovely view.

Here in SE Texas, we had a "cool front" come through our area, so we are enjoying lower humidity and mid 80's. Last week, high 90's with a heat index of 108 deg. (heat plus humidity so it FEELS hotter)

Like we say, "it isn't the heat, it is the humidity"

I live in North Carolina. Our winter weather was so rainy we broke a record. Earlier in the spring it was still rainy. We just broke a drought spell with something like 27 days with no rain. Today is rainy. We went to the movies to see Godzilla at the early (and cheaper) show.

Sunny, breezy and probably mid-seventies here. Not quite pool weather, but very nice to sit outside and read a book. Of course tomorrow, when I have to do some union political action down in the state capital, it is going to be pouring rain. I hear the union got us rain ponchos. I think we're going to need them...

It's 108 and clear and sunny right now, supposedly topping out at 111 degrees. But it's a dry heat.
Lots of smoke from a wildfire about 15 miles east of us. Much dry fuel from all the rain this past winter may create a very active wildfire season.

I am envious of those of you with some of those temps. We are rainy and in mid 50s. Will summer ever come?

90 in the shade, hottest time is usually 3 - 5:30 p.m, it's 4:35.

Las Vegas is supposed to be very hot these days, glad to be at the other end of the state. The closest big city is San Francisco which is around 100.

DH has been working on the watering system, it's been rainy enough for the last two months that we haven't needed to worry about it. I've been having to work on the weed and sage population among the juniper and dirt/sand in the yard. Makes for a more flexible back when the muscle ache settles down.
