Hello
I am preparing for either a Pre school special ed position or elementary sped position. Does anyone have some must read books for these populations.

Thank you!!!

It depends on the kiddos in your class. I have a group of students with high functioning Autism and Aspergers. We read lots of non-fiction because they LOVE it! I also have the book Understanding Sam. It is about a little boy with Aspergers.

Otherwise I find shorter stories with bright pictures are the biggest hits.
