Hi there! Does anyone know who posted the following plans? I REALLY LOVE them and I was looking to see if maybe there were anymore posted....

Oh wait, don't have enough posts to attach, but the beginning looks like this:

September - Week 1

Topic: "Favorite Books'
Reference: Growing Readers pgs. 68-71

THANKS SO MUCH!

Fantastic RW Plans!

Terrytan,
I can't thank you enough for posting these! They've been immensely helpful for a teacher whose trying to find the balance to seamlessly blend RW between Debbie Miller, Growing Readers and having a 6 month old who doesn't believe in sleeping through the night yet Seriously though, they're fantastic reference tools when learning the curriculum and provide a great visual to put it all together. If you have any others, I'd be more than grateful if you found the time to post them. Thanks again!

Thanks for posting these, they are great!

Could you please tell me what the letters/page numbers correspond to? Does DM stand for Debbie Miller? GR stands for...Guiding Readers and Writers?

Thanks!

unit.
Keep in mind I am just sending you some of the many resources I have collected over the years. Forgive me if I mistakenly send you a Writer's Workshop one. The 2 tend to overlap and I have them all stored together in the same folder.

Yes GR means Growing Readers and DM means Debbie Miller. The pages should correspond with the books.

teacherdani posted the beginning units, and I added the nonfiction and comprehension units. GR stands for Growing Readers. RWM stands for REading With Meaning. The ecb website is an amazing compliment to the comprehension units. I am glad that you all are enjoying. They are a good starting point especially for those just beginning RW!

I couldn't remember who had originally posted these plans but they sure have benefited many teachers here on PT.
It can be overwhelming implementing RW (and WW) and any extra help is extremely appreciated!
Thanks!

luvin1st, I am a new member and wish to know how I may get to teacherdanis' posts -- the beginning units on reading mini lessons you mentioned. Maybe you have these units saved and willing to share them. Thanks
