What does a week look like in your classroom for reader's workshop? I'm trying to implement it this year and would like some ideas/suggestions to help me get started.

I suggest you look at Laura Candler's Power Reading book. She has the first 10 days lined out for you and all of the suggestions to make it work!! I love her stuff and this book has helped me start my year successfully. My kids are already reading independently for 30 minutes and this is just our 4th week of school. Hope this helps.
