I'm not planning on going to the gym today because there are youth basketball games and parking becomes a nightmare but this past week I made it three times: Tues., Thurs., Fri. doing 3 miles on the elliptical each time.

Not too bad with the weather we've had and report cards due.

I continue on my every day workout schedule! It has been awesome...but last night I slept 13 hours off and on from 5:30p til 8:30 this morning!

Altogether I ran 14.miles...and worked on my legs, upper body and core! I feel good!

Trasie . . . Great job on the elliptical!!!!!

SpecialAnne . . . Your exercise routine is awesome!!!! Wow!!!! You were tired last night!!!! I'm so glad you gave in and slept when you needed to. Hope you are full of energy today!!!!

ma-bethany . . . Hope you enjoyed the elliptical and weights!!!

2 mile brisk walk for me today.

I did an hour group fitness class this morning called RIPPED. I love it. It's a total body workout including weights.

After that I hate a huge lunch and had a cupcake. Oh well. There's always tomorrow!

It is Sunday already...but yesterday after a fun day out with daughter I came home and ran outside...it was glorious! I ran 3 miles!
