C2 Documentation of Differentiation

I am working on C2 for Library Media and I just have a clarification question about the Documentation of Differentiation. In the guidelines it says:

"The documentation of differentiation may be submitted in various formats (e.g. narrative essay, log, table, planning documentation, teacher letter, or assessment document). Whatever format you choose, the documentation should include..." (etc.)

I am planning to write a narrative essay since I express myself best that way, but I was wondering if I could combine that with a table/log as well. There is a 3-page limit, so it would of course fit into that, but I don't want to get in trouble for combining formats if it's against the rules. Would I be better off just doing the entire thing in essay format and just describe the table that I was thinking of including? I know I am overthinking this!

Call 22-TEACH to verify, but I think you can combine formats. It doesn't say to choose ONE and when NBs has a hard and fast rule, they state it explicitly.
