Engagement Party Question

Hubs and I hosted an engagement party for our DS and fiance last weekend. The couple received gifts and I am sure that they will respond with hand written thank yous.

As hosts, we sent digital evites for the party and I just noticed that I can use my evite guest list to send generic thank yous to guests for attending. Unlike gifts, I dont think thank yous are mandatory for attending a party but I am leaning towards doing this. We appreciated everyone coming!

Your thoughts and advice about this will be greatly appreciated!

Think it's necessary. But it would be kind.

I don't think it is necessary but if it isn't difficult then I would send one.

I'd think of it like a reply all e-mail. I don't know if you have this on your school/works e-mail but we have the ability to 'like' an e-mail or something someone has said. I like the feature because it is more discrete.
