I have been ordering from Chewy since I had my kitty about 4 years now. Lately when the order comes, the litter is all over the bottom of the box. The seal is on the litter but the top seems to have opened in the corner so the litter spills out. I had the biggest mess to clean today. The litter even went into the fancy feast box so when I opened it, it was all over the floor. I know they have great customer svc, but this really isnt their fault and I think I'm going to have to just go to the store and buy charlie's stuff.

and look at this pic too. Annoying and a mess to clean. Oh and then I figured I'd just lift the box and throw the litter in the cat's litter pan... but no...the litter fell through all the box panels and seeped onto the floor all over the place.

and picture number 3. Sorry for all the pics... I wanted to send it to them, but there was no way to attach a picture. (so I'm sending it to you instead..lol) It's hard to see but there's litter on top of the litter container and there's litter all over the floor of my hallway.

One more thing... The fancy feast cans are always dented. Not a little, a lot! I'd say about 7 out of 24 cans are dented.

I have a cat and have been listening to all their commercials wondering if I should order from them. That would be so upsetting! Iím sorry you had to deal with this!

They are very good but I think this is happening while its on a Fedex truck. At least that's what he told me. I don't think they'd actually pack stuff like that. It's not really their fault. I just messaged them and sent these pics thru a chat. They're sending me replacement litter and a box of Fancy Feast.. They are known to have amazing customer svc. But, I'm not going to use them if this happens again.

I would contact them and still let them know that this is happening. I think they would want to know what was happening and fix the problem.

They would not be happy to know this. I’d call them and let them know. I’m sure they’d want to make it right. When you have a company like Chewy, who’s known for their customer service, I think you need to at least give them a chance to make it right.

Whose fault?

I'm confused. Why are you saying that it isn't Chewy's fault? Don't they have responsibility for the packing?

Try Petflow. They did a great job this winter when Chewy was behind.

Is your first picture what the box looked like when you opened it? Was there no wadded paper or those filled air things to take up the space and keep the boxes from sliding around? If not, that's on Chewy. I'd call and let them know. If there is no response, go to their Facebook page and post your pictures and tell your story. That will get their attention.

Yes, but the customer svc person said that the box was probably thrown around in the truck.

There was wadded paper all throughout the box. When I took it out I saw the litter all over the bottom of the box and on top of the litter container.

We had a small container of meds packed in the box with a 30lb bag of food. Meds were crushed and scattered everywhere in the box. Chewy replaced it and shipped differently the next time.

Chewy has great customer service. You should call them and explain what happened. They'll send you a new order at no charge.

We received a box that included damaged cans of dog food. I called Chewy, and they sent us a new case of cans. The second order got to us in two days.
