3 weeks from today I go back

I have been wanting a lounger like this for my front porch for a couple years now. I found this Sunbrella one on Facebook Marketplace this week. So glad my new cat, Obie, approves,

( now get off so I can use it!)

We’ve had a great first week in SC, and I love, love, love my new school!

Here are new coasters I found that tell how we are doing!

Happy Friday, All!

You are mistaken. That is Obie's new lounger, a very nice gift from you.

I got a chance to spend time with my Goddaughter’s 22 mo. old recently. I brought presents (as always ) of “May-toes” from my garden, blueberries (James will do anything for a blueberry) and a new book. It had a shark finger puppet in the middle. When he took it out of the bag, he handed it to me and climbed up to sit beside me. When I popped the shark out, I sang “Baby Shark” and he laughed and laughed!

She's so sweet, when she's sleeping! Lol Piper is 100% on, or 100% off. No middle ground.

Oh I love the pet pictures! Both so adorable. And Sbslabs, that story makes my heart sing.
DD's musical finally finished and she had one week of summer with nothing to do. I managed to arrange a trip to Universal Studios Orlando and make it a surprise. We're huge Harry Potter fans so...

Found this cute ceramic planter at an artisan shop on a day trip to Johnson City. Now to find the perfect tiny succulent for it.

I have my DGD for a few days while her parents are out of town. Last night she wanted to be like her pregnant mama with a baby in her tummy and put her doll under her dress. Precious!

Sbslab, my grandkids loved those little finger puppet books! So fun to hear the giggles!

A lovely place for a walk....Mt Hood in the background.

We went to Prescott, AZ for the day. This was a wonderful little antique shop we visited. Plus my DS’s initials are JP.

I just got back from Mammoth Cave in Kentucky.

Pic is sideways but at least it's loading which is the first time in a long time. Thanks techgrad for the compress idea.

Made these today with the help of a friend for my daughter-in-law's baby shower. Need to find yellow and orange crinkly paper for the 'icing' on the last 2.

Nice picture of Mammoth Cave. We were there and took the tour a few years ago. I enjoyed it!

I continue to blame Carys as the reason I have not decluttered as much as I should have this summer. This box has a lot of good stuff I hope other teachers can use. I was trying to organize it a bit better. I have no idea where she came from but she must have telepathic powers.

I really enjoy the beautiful pictures you all post.

I’m not usually the queen of bulletin boards, but I like how this one turned out! I have changed my
mind about how to use it though, so for now I will just enjoy it until I decide on its purpose. (Those words were from the Target dollar spot. They have a smaller print on them that is not visible in the picture.)

Last weekend was corgi beach day in Oregon - it's my favorite day of the year! More than 550 corgis, and $11,000+ raised for the Humane Society. So much running, barking, digging, and splashing. You just can't help but smile. Here's a quick video if you want to see some of the costume contests and corgi races.

When the birds hide birdseed in the flower pots, sometimes we get these adorable sunflowers.

Thanks for posting this thread, twinmom95. (And others who start it as well). I love looking at everyone's pics, even if I don't have any fun or interesting ones to post. The variety of photos is wonderful!

Here is my DH, asleep on the couch. The green sheet is there because the dog goes in it also. Well, I guess someone didn't like dad on "her" couch so she sat in "his" chair. Sorry it's sideways.

I saw this road sign on a recent trip to Toronto. I'm not sure what it means.
