My quarantine update

Today marks 3 weeks of isolation without sugar. Walking 3 miles a day, no meat, dairy or flour. The change has been fantastic! I feel great! Zero alcohol! A healthy vegan diet, gluten free, caffeine free, sugar free and a 2 hour home workout each day! Lost 30 lbs of fat and gained muscle mass.

I have no idea whose status this was, but I am really proud of them so I decided to copy & paste!

Hm, well no meat, no dairy and no caffeine would not work for me and 30 lbs seems a bit much in 3 weeks. But, walking 3 miles, no alcohol, no sugar and a 2 hour workout every day would probably be a great way to boost your immune system.
