Online school?

My nephew, going into 7th grade, was bullied at his school last year. We are wondering if there are any good online schools he can do for free.
If so, my sister could use some links. Thanks

Check in your state. I know my state has this one, and I have a friend whoís taught there for several years. She loves it as a teacher. I bet your state has something similar.

I agree to look within your state. I work for one that is for my school district in my state. There are actually quite a few within my state, and since we have open enrollment they are free to anyone within the state.

In my district, online school is provided by the district -- they call it virtual school. Maybe your sister could contact the local school board for recommendations.

Some school districts offer independent study.

California has them too, but recently it came to light that some of them were for-profit schools that were a complete scam. A dozen people were indicted for stealing over $50 million from the state. So buyer beware.
Your sister should contact the school district to see if they have an online school that is legitimate.
