I'm interested in tutoring full time. Have you or anyone you know been able to make a living off of just tutoring? If so, would you recommend it? Also, do you have advice for how to go about making that happen? TIA.

My friend has her own tutoring business and says she knows people who just live off full time tutoring.... She started her own business by advertising in our hometown and putting up ads in school offices etc...she also has a website for it. She charges a lot...she tutors 3-8 twice a week now married. She used to tutors Monday to Friday 3 to 6:30 or so... I'm not sure what she uses as far as curriculum strategies etc.
