Progress Monitoring tools

I was wondering what types of progress monitoring tools are being used for k-3 sped. Our school uses Dibels for reading but nothing for math. Our psych recommends AIMS Web but our district does not want to pay for it. Any ideas on what to use?
Thanks!

Interventioncentral.com has free math probes and it has CBM for writing too.
