I have a para who used to be a 1:1 and is now a classroom para. She is a little overwhelemed and I was wondering....
what do you have the paras in your room do?
do you have a checklist to help the paras know what to do in your class? She is going to observe some sesoned paras and I want to have a checklist of things for her to look for?

See if you can locate a para job description. Then meet with her before or after school and go over what is expected of her. The more clear you can make this, the better off you both will work. If you want her to work with kids doing centers all day then she needs to know.....that kind of thing.
