Hello,

I would like to show my students some apps that I have on my iphone and of course I need a much larger screen than my phone. Is there anyway I can use my Smartboard for this?

we have just started using reflector at school and so far no problems. The reflector programme is downloaded onto your computer - then you just use the airplay feature on your device. Your iphone/pad/pod talks to the computer. Essentially you are just projecting the screen up there - you cannot use the computer or board to play the games - you just use them as normal on your iphone. We bought a licence for 5 computers and the teachers are using it effectively so far. It is similar to an apple tv, just check that your version of iphone is supported before you pay for it! There is a free trial you can download that gives you 10 minutes of using the programme before it locks you out - then you need to pay.

I used it for staff meeting and we had 4 ipads projected up there at one time - am thinking of class battles!!!!
