Do you do gifts for your team? There are seven of us and it’s been a tradition to do it for the last 5-6 years but I don’t know what to give. No to anything homemade or food (vegan, a faster, someone who isn’t into goodies). No candles, soap/lotion or nail polish. Last year I did plants but by the end it cost so much so I’d like to keep it cheaper this year. Any cute/clever ideas?

I second the water bottle... you can use a Cricut and some vinyl to personalize with name and a graphic!

I’ve always done either a TpT or Target gift card.

When I was teaching my teammates and I never exchanged gifts, thank goodness. People are busy enough over the holidays, and buying presents for coworkers is just too much.

However if your team wants to keep doing this, a Starbucks gift card is recommended. I loved getting those from parents in the past.

I am copying this idea from someone: a small gift bag with “For your mistletoes” written on it, and a pair of cozy socks (from kohl’s on sale), a couple of bottles of Mini nail polish, a small lotion...and I think I will throw in some chocolate. I have 9 on my hallway to give to, and my partner and assistant get “real gifts.”

It’s my first year, so I’ll have a better idea next year of what to do!
