The Christmas turkey has been in the refrigerator since Wednesday night. I put it in the freezer today. It was still frozen with not much thawing.

Is the turkey okay to be frozen and thawed again for Christmas dinner?

If it was still frozen, then you should be ok. I did that with rib roast. I thawed it, cut what I wanted and then put the rest back in the freezer. We got so sick after eating those second steaks. I will never take that chance again.
