Police at my door!

I opened the door this morning to a police detective! A woman was walking in my neighbourhood on Tuesday night and she was brutally attacked! She had to be air lifted to Toronto for medical treatment. The detective was knocking on doors asking if anyone noticed anything suspicious and reminding people to be aware of their personal safety.

That's so scary! At least they made you aware and can take extra precautions.

How horrible for the poor woman. I hope the police are able to find who did this. To be air lifted to a hospital doesn't sound to good.

I'm happy to hear that you are safe. Good thing to know. Do you walk at night by yourself?

I do walk in my neighborhood in the evenings sometimes because itís not as humid. I think Iíll stick with the gym for now though.

There are many walking videos on YouTube you may want to check out. Some are just for exercise others take you to faraway places without leaving your home.

Stay safe.
