I use Nearpod to create my own quizzes or a game called "Time to Climb." I'm able to add as many practice problems as I would like and it scores them for me. It is free, but you have a limited amount of space in your library.
I use Zearn last year. It coincides with Eureka math. I know it scores a timed fact fluency test and Tower of Power (which is material that has been covered in the lesson). Zearn has different games and instructional videos through out the modules. It's also free.
I also like to use Arcademic Skill Builders for fact fluency practice, but the reporting option is not free.
Of course Prodigy is free and you're able to assign activities based on standards, but doesn't offer as in depth review of questions they get wrong. And if you want a no nonsense straight up assessment of practice questions you can always use a Google form.
