Visit the Bulletin board/Theme board. There are a TON of Sports them ideas. I too am doing a sports theme and found so many great ideas there. Good luck!

I cut out 5 pennants out of construction paper for each of my color groups. The kids are going to come up with a team name, then make a pennant on their team's color.
