Does anyone use a log sheet that shows what facts the student practiced for homework along with parent signature? Before I created one, I was hoping someone has one they wouldn't mind sharing. I want to add this to my moose binder for next year. I have been having a tough time with students not practicing their facts when I assign them for homework. I now require parent signature and also a sentence on what they used to practice their multiplication and for how long. Since I have been doing this for 3 weeks...ALL of my students have mastered their facts.

All facts learned in three weeks is amazing. Congratulations! Holding students accountable really does work. I think I might have to try that.
