Our principal of 30 years is retiring at the end of the school year. I would like to put a a cute bulletin board from our 3rd graders. Any ideas?? Thanks

Maybe take a photo of each student in an oversized suit with tie and have them write about "If I was principal for a day. . ." or if you have headshot of the principal, maybe have each student draw a body and a scene for what the principal will be doing in retirement (surfing in the ocean, climbing Mt. Everest, heading west in an Airstream, etc.)

I asked his wife for an elemenary picture of him that we made into a poster. Kids wrote suggestions of things to do when our Supt. retired. This was kdg. and the hit of the day was when the suggestions were printed in the local paper and one read -you can come across the street and have coffee with my mom every morning!
