My school does a story book parade for Halloween. We do the parade for the older kids. My campus is pk-1. Each teacher chooses a book and the class dresses up as that book. Does anyone have some cute easy ideas? Thanks!!

I think that would be pretty easy and cute! I really like your school's idea. In the community where I teach we have an annual "Boo Parade" where our kids can wear their costumes to school and then parade around main street. Our school is all k. It makes for a very interesting day! Before anyone fusses, it is officially the "Say Boo to Drugs Parade" hosted by our local children's shelter and city council. But I still like that you have a focus.

I have seen the teacher dress up as the queen of hearts and the students dress up as the cards from alice in wonderland. It was adorable.
The cards were just made from white butcher paper with hearts attached.
