Does anyone have any good activities for teaching the teen numbers? In the Everyday Math program they call 10, 11, 12 the tricky teens. Please help! Thanks!

Now... I can't remember where I found them, but on the internet i googled teen numbers or tricky teens and found a website where they each have a poem... I'll look for them...

A 1 and 1 make 11 fun.

A 1 and a 2 tell 12 what to do.

A 1 and a 3 send 13 up a tree.

A 1 and a 4 tell 14 shut the door.

A 1 and a 5 keep 15 alive.

A 1 and a 6 make 16 pick up sticks.

A 1 and a 7 send 17 to heaven.

A 1 and a 8 make 18 great.

A 1 and 9 make 19 shine.

A 2 and a 0 make 20 the hero.

The site I got them from also had cute posters...

I also found this one, which has some non-teen related printables:

Thank you for sharing! My classes from last year struggled with the teens so I have been trying to think of ways to make it easier this year!
