Help! Snowman Book Report

I love Pro Teacher posts. I was reading and someone brilliant gave her ideas for monthly ideas for book reports. I would like to use the snowman idea for November. She said that she does this and then uses the snowman for her December bulletin board. I downloaded this file and now I can't find it! Help!
