Anyone have any good suggestions of fun Thanksgiving videos to show my class. I really want something that will keep their attention!

How about the Peanuts Thanksgiving one. An oldie but a goodie. You may be able to find it on e-bay or Amazon if your library doesn't have it.

I do the Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. Beforehand I tell the kids we're going to have a big Thanksgiving feast. I start passing out toast, jellybeans, pretzel sticks, and popcorn. They look at me like I've lost my mind. Then in the video when the characters start their feast the kids all look at me amazed because they realized they are eating the same feast!

I love The Mouse on the Mayflower... it's an historical fiction.... the kids love it and it reviews some of the real facts that we have discussed.

is a great one. I have never had a group not like it. We watch it every Thanksgiving. Hope that helps and hope you find something you and your students enjoy.
