I need an easy art project for kids to make that we can hang on the doors for our monthly nursing home visit. Any ideas? THANKS!

I'm having my kids cut out the scarecrow template. Color the clothes, cut them out, glue them on, and then rip strips of paper (resembles straw) to glue onto the end of the pants leg, etc . They are adorable!
