Anybody going to use the 39 Clues series in their classroom? I'm wondering if fourth grade is too young?

I was thinking about reading the first one in the series as a read aloud. I've haven't gotten to it yet though. I've heard a lot of good things about the series.

I started it as a read aloud on Friday. I definitely don't think that fourth grade is too young! My students are flocking to the series. There is a great live event on Monday on Scholastic.com featuring Whoopi Goldberg to get kids interested in the 39 Clues series. My kids definitely enjoyed Friday's read aloud.

I've been reading 39 Clues to my students, and they LOVE it! They beg me to read more every day. We are about half way through the book, and they want to know if I'm going to read the next one to them. Some have said they are going to buy it from the next book order or see if it will be at our book fair.

reading this to my class last week and my students can't get enough of the book. For some reason, my reluctant readers really get into this book. Gotta love it!

Thanks for the feedback. I'm going to start the first book as a read aloud tomorrow. I got the first four of the series through Scholastic on the last book order.
