How many sight words do you teach and where do you get your lists?

I am wondering because I teach a combined 1st/2nd grade and the 1st graders were taught the 1st hundred of the Fry's sight word list in kindergarten. Is that too many or is that what they need to know?

My kindergartners get 10 spelling words a week. 5 of them are word families and the other 5 are sight words from these lists. http://bogglesworldesl.com/dolch/assessment.htm
So next week, for example, our words are: pop, top, hop, shop, stop, me, do, like, red, she.

We have a list of 32 sight words specifically for K, but by the end of the year we have taught around 90. We pull them from our poems and big books, but we also choose words from their writing (words they use a lot and therefore need to know how to spell them). We keep our sight words true sight words...words that don't follow the rules, so you can't just sound them out.
