giant blank checks??

I don't think I could order an oversized "blank check" to use for a presentation on Thursday without it costing an arm and a leg for expedited shipping. Does anyone know how to print one or get a check blown up for presentation size?
Our 4th grade student council raised $203.54 at their bake sale and we're going to present the money to the local Humane Society Thursday. The local paper is coming to take pics and do a story, so I was hoping to have a big check. Oh well...if not, the regular size will have to do!

Could you use white bulletin board paper and draw one by hand?

Sometimes they have big signs on corrugated plastic, Coke, beer, etc. The backsides are usually plain white. They may have some old ones in the back. That's what the big checks are written on.

Poster Maker Site

This site allows you to upload a pic and make it poster size. I would use cardstock and just assemble the blocks into a check. Just make sure you get a google image with high resolution. Kudos to your kiddos for the fund raiser!

Kind of by hand

It may be too late but I would take a regular sized one, copy it on transparency film, and use an overhead projector to display it onto white posterboard/paper and trace it.
