I use the Secret stories. T and H don't like each other, so when they are together, they stick out their tongues at each other. My kids have known th since the first week of school.

we work on TH with Thursday-the only day you can stick your tongue out at the teacher - I make a big deal of going Oh No it's Thursday and they love it.

Story: The family goes to the circus - the clowns are their faves - one clown was a little bit rude, and put the tip of his tongue out and made a funny sound thththththth (voiced "th" as in this) - but another clown was big and very rude - he kept sticking out his tongue out a long way, saying thththththth (unvoiced "th" as in thin)

we call it the naughty "H brother" because when he is with /t/ he sticks out his tongue. This also helps those kids who have a hard time producing the /th/ sound.
