Does anyone have any creative activities they have their students do with this book by Roald Dahl?

No, but I LOVE this book. I read it to my class and they laugh when I do the Grand High Witch's voice! This year, Scholastic had it for $1, so I was able to buy my whole class their own copy.

but what i can remember... I had them write a diary from the point of view of the witches. I selected 4 places for them to concentrate on. they came out pretty interesting.

They also wrote a recipe reversing the formula, an alternate chapter (as a group) telling what they think happened....i think that is it...but i can check if you want more info.

I would love to see what else you might have...I started reading this book to my kids about a week before Halloween but we still have not finished.
