I'm looking for a way to organize my materials for the Saxon Math Morning Meeting. Right now I have little baskets tacked to the BB holding my dry erase markers and weather cards etc. I need a way to hold or display the linking cubes used to show how many days we've been in school. Does anyone out there have a good way to organize their Saxon Math?? Help! TIA!

I use my old small place value pocket chart. At the beginning of the year I use the linking cubes, then we "graduate" to the straws (they fit better). Then I bought this little soap holder with suction cups to put the weather cards in. Everything else, eraser, markers, tape etc. are in a little basket. Hope this helps.

I keep the calendar pieces, the weather pieces coins etc in ziplocs in a basket, and hand them the ziploc they need.

For my Morning Meeting stuff, I have a three drawer mini plastic holder with the top that flips open. In the drawers I put the calendar pieces, weather pieces, coins, and on the top I have markers, The linking cubes are in a small basket. They all sit on a small desk.

I use small post it's for the weather chart. I also use a calendar I had that actually has pockets. I put their pattern pieces in a baggie and push pin it on the board. I haven't used the linking cubes to show the # of days in school. Are we suppose to? I probably wouldn't do that anyway because of space issues.

This is our 1st year of using the program. I'm not sure if I'm a fan or not. There's lots of paper stuff

I have a plastic 3 drawer cart on wheels that sits in front of my calendar bulletin board and I store all my calendar and math stuff in there. It's easy to push out of the way when needed too! The drawers are nice and deep and one for books for read aloud and other materials we use often not just math stuff.
