High School p.e. next week-what to wear

Next week I have a high school p.e. assignment. I am trying to figure out what to wear. I subbed this class before last year, but I didn't know it was p.e. until I arrived, so I was wearing dress slacks, shoes, etc.

I have nice sweats but they are like capris and I don't know if this is appropriate or not. Also, I have a t-shirt with the schoo's logo on it, although when I pair it with my capri sweats, it looks to me as if I have just rolled out of bed.

Any thoughts? This is the school wear my son attends, and it's kind of a rough school and when I work there, I really try to look professional, rather than someone's mom who is just filling in for the day.

Thoughts? Thanks!

I wear the cute matchy workout type clothes (nothing tight or spandex-e) but the capri sort of pants or long wind suit type pants and either the school logo shirt (which kids LOVE btw) or else the matching shirt or white t-shirt. I wear pretty loose fitting clothing, but not baggy. I wear sneakers. I have not worn sweats. I have worn windsuit type materials and nylon type but never cuddly sweats mainly b/c I would get too hot. i also have my own whistle.

If you plan on doing gym a lot I suggest you run to walmart and pick up an outfit. I was just there today replacing some pants I had split stuff on and ruined and the tshirts (hanes) I think were $8 and the windsuit type pants (nylony) were $13. Walmarts usually carry stuff w/ the high school logos on it too. No one will notice if you always wear the same outfit. If you don't plan on doing gym much then I woudln't invest. I'd probably go for a nice pair of jeans or more casual pants (cargo pants maybe?) over the comfy sweat look.

I do gym a lot. Mainly b/c th ehours are shorter and no one else will do them. I enjoy them and usually am active with the kids somewhat 8th grade and younger, but for high school there is NO WAY i am playing w/ them - they'd hurt me lol. So it doesn't matter what I wear there b/c I am mainly an observer and guider.
Have fun!!!

Thanks for the suggestions. I have the nylon type athletic pants. I'm still thinking about it, but also came to the realization today that I could wear "shapewear" under my athletic pants to feel a little more put together, lol.
